Optera Climate 2022 – 2023

Optera is a SAAS climate accounting startup based in Boulder, CO with 50-100 employees.

  • Reported to VP of Product as QA Manager for the entire company

  • Served as primary liaison between product, engineering, and client support teams

  • Led all testing efforts for multiple delivered products, including organizing test suites, test teams, and testing efforts in engineering

  • Established frameworks and documentation, dramatically improving test design and execution as well as cross- and inter-team communication and workflows

  • Created SLAs to triage tickets from 60+ users, and performed triage of all tickets

  • Delivered Transform 5.0.0 release on scheduled release date
